ENG 4C1 - First Blog Entry

INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are in my ENG 4C1 (grade twelve college preparation English), your first post must address ONE of the following:

1. What does it mean to be true to yourself?

OR

2. What does it mean to be a good person?

REQUIREMENTS:

a. In BOTH cases, you must reference your own experiences, as well as that of the characters we have met in chapters 1 - 3 of "Catcher in the Rye".

b. Your first blog should be at least 8 - 10 sentences in length and should contain an introductory sentence:
ex. "Being true to yourself means..."
ex. "Being a good person means..."

c. It should also contain specific examples from your own life experience and from the novel.

d. Your blog should end with a closing sentence, which reinforces your point, and sums up your opinion on the importance of the topic (i.e. why is it important to be true to yourself, or to be a good person?)
